MONSOR contest terms and conditions

At MONSOR, we love sharing – so we regularly organize fun contests through our social media channels. To keep everything fair and clear, we have established the following terms:

• Participation is completely free and open to everyone, except MONSOR employees.
• The start and end date of each contest are clearly stated in the associated social media post.
• The winner is drawn impartially from all valid participants.
• Winners will receive a personal message via the channel through which the contest was organized.
• Not a winner? Then you will not receive a separate notification.
• Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other products.
• Discounts or prizes won cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
• In case of suspected fraud or unlawful participation, MONSOR reserves the right to exclude participants.
• No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the contest.

All products obtained through contests fall under our standard warranty period of 2 months.
