Shipping and Return Policy

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link to track your package.
Please note that it may take some time before the shipping information is visible.

Not home at delivery

Are you not home during delivery?
Then your package will be taken to a nearby pickup point.
You will receive an email about this with the name of the carrier and a Track & Trace link.
The package will remain available for 7 days at the pickup point and will then be automatically returned to us.

Incorrect address

Always check carefully if your shipping address is correct.
Monsor is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
Do you see an error after placing your order? Then contact us as soon as possible.
A change can only be made as long as the package has not yet been shipped.

Package lost or stolen

Does the Track & Trace show that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything?
Then contact us immediately.
If the package is still missing 14 days after the indicated delivery date, we will start an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the progress.

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem.

At Monsor, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
  • Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
  • The return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Products that for hygienic or safety reasons cannot be used after opening (such as liquids or sprays) cannot be returned, even if the seal has been removed.

Return procedure:

Send an email to info@monsor.nl with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A short confirmation that the product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

⚠️ If the returned product does not meet the conditions (for example, signs of use, damage, or opened products that cannot be resold), the item will be returned and no refund will be given.

Once we have received and checked your return, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days via your original payment method.
